What changes the price
Language pair
Tier A (EN↔ET, EN↔RU, ET↔RU) is the base rate. Tier B (EN/ET↔FI, LV, LT, DE, SV) adds 15%. Tier C (other EU/rare pairs) adds 30%.
Turnaround
Standard (2–3 working days) is the base rate. Express 24-hour adds 30%. Same working day adds 50%.
Volume
10,000 words or more gets a 10% reduction — quoted, not automatic online.
Formatting
Complex layout or DTP work (recreating tables, diagrams, non-editable PDFs) is quoted once we’ve seen the document.

Pricing questions
What's the minimum order?
€25. Smaller jobs are billed at €25 flat.
Is VAT included?
Yes — all prices shown are VAT-inclusive at Estonia's standard rate of 24%. The VAT amount is broken out separately in your cart and on your confirmation.
What if my document turns out to be longer than I estimated?
We requote the difference before starting any extra work — nothing is charged automatically. If you ordered a fixed-scope pack online, we'll tell you exactly what the extra pages or words cost before we proceed.
How does the rush surcharge work?
It applies to the whole job, calculated on the base rate: +30% for 24-hour turnaround, +50% for same working day. Ask when you send your document if you need either.
