Common questions
Is "certified" the same as "sworn" translation?
Not anymore. Estonia stopped appointing sworn translators in 2015. We certify your translation with a signed statement of accuracy, and add a notary’s attestation of our signature when the receiving authority requires it — see Certified & Notarised Translation for the full explanation.
How fast can you turn a document around?
Standard turnaround is 2–3 working days. Express 24-hour and same-working-day options are available for a surcharge — ask when you send your document.
Do you publish your prices?
Yes — the full rate card is on /pricing/, and every service page shows its own starting price. You don’t need to email us to find out what something costs.
What happens to the documents I send you?
They’re transferred encrypted, processed within the EU, deleted on a set schedule, and never used to train any model or shared with a third party. See our Privacy Policy for the specifics.
Can I just order online, or do I need a quote?
Both are available. If your job fits one of our fixed-scope packages — a page count, a word block, an interpreting session — add it to your cart. If it’s larger or the scope isn’t clear yet, get a free quote instead.
